Haven for Healing Exchange Network is free to join, with no membership fees and no monthly subscriptions.
To keep the network sustainable, a reasonable, shared contribution from the giver and receiver is collected only when a successful exchange is completed. Individual members contribute $5 per completed exchange, while participating businesses contribute $25 for light participation and only during weeks in which exchanges occur. If no exchange takes place, there is no shared contribution.
These shared contributions help cover the essential costs of operating the Exchange Network, including secure payment processing, text and email notifications, platform maintenance, technology, customer support, and ongoing improvements. By sharing these operational costs across completed exchanges, we can keep the network accessible while avoiding recurring membership fees.
Because Haven for Healing Exchange Network is a nonprofit organization, members may wish to consult their qualified tax preparer or tax advisor to determine whether shared contributions may qualify as a charitable contribution, business expense, tax deduction, or other tax benefit based on their individual circumstances and applicable tax laws. Haven for Healing Exchange Network does not provide tax advice, but we encourage members to explore any potential benefits with their tax professional.
