As Haven for Healing Exchange Network continues to grow, demonstrating increasing trust, efficiency, and meaningful benefit to its members, additional programs will be thoughtfully introduced and expanded to further support community needs as we continue to build on a foundation of collaboration, accessibility, and shared abundance. As we honor the value of each other, we continue strengthening the network’s capacity to serve individuals, businesses, and the broader community in meaningful and expansive ways.

Future Programs

All programs within Haven for Healing Exchange Network are guided by a structured credit tier system with both credit-only and hybrid (credits + discounted cash) options, particularly as tiers increase. All programs have its own credit tier structure. This structure recognizes the full value of contributions including time, effort, skill level, resources, preparation, knowledge and coordination; this keeps exchanges consistent and equitable across all programs. All programs are entirely voluntary. Members may participate or withdraw from any program at any time. The network respects each member's autonomy and supports participation based on personal choice, comfort and discretion.

Youth Initiative Program

This program is designed for youth ages 15 to 17 to help prepare them for adulthood through meaningful participation in the community. With the guidance, support, and supervision of a parent, or legal guardian, youth may offer services within the network and, in return, earn service credits. By actively engaging in a structured system of contribution and exchange, youth gain real-world experience, build confidence, and develop a strong foundation for responsible and empowered participation in adulthood.

Merchandise & Unused Goods

We live in a consumer-driven, disposable era where many items are quickly replaced or discarded despite still holding value. This program creates an opportunity for members to share or exchange unused and gently used goods for service credits or through a hybrid credit and cash option. By extending the life of usable goods, the exchange not only reduces waste but also fosters resourcefulness, and accessibility by ensuring that items which still serve a purpose continue to provide value rather than being lost to disposal.

Transportation & Vehicle Sharing

Reliable transportation can often feel out of reach for many people. Through this program, members may support one another by offering rides or temporary access to a vehicle. Rooted in mutual support and resource sharing, this program expands access to opportunities while strengthening overall community resilience.

Home & Lodging Shared Program

This program expands access to rest, travel and cultural connections for members who may otherwise be limited by financial constraints associated with lodging and housing. Members may offer a guest room, home, couch or property for stays ranging from a few hours while passing through to several days or weeks. Participation is guided by program standards, while the specific terms and arrangements are determined by the members involved who retain full discretion in how they choose to engage.

Goods & Resource Sharing Program

This program is designed to expand access to essential items and shared resources that members may need but not always have the financial means to obtain. Such things may include tools, bicycles, camping gear, trailer, 4-wheeler, equipment, household items, or other assets. Instead of buying something you only use a handful of times, what if someone in the network was willing to share?

Storage & Shared Space Program

Many people lose valuable personal belongings not because they don't value them, but because they can't keep up with the cost of storage. Members can offer available or unused space like a yard, garage, shed, barn, driveway or land that can hold items for other members.

Agriculture, Plant & Animal-based Sharing Program

This is a broad program that incorporates agricultural life, homesteading, food production, animal care, plant cultivation, rural labor, preserving, handmade household goods and land-based knowledge and may be used with small-scale and larger operational support. Earn credits or hybrid options for what you grow, raise, make, teach, maintain, preserve, transport and steward. It is designed for backyard gardeners, orchard keepers, greenhouse growers, herbalists, small homesteads, family farms, ranches, specialty breeders, aquaculture producers, and members who do not own land or animals but contribute labor and care.

Water is a vital commodity. In many regions, access to water can be inconsistent, and during times of drought or limited supply, individuals and agricultural producers may struggle to meet even the most basic needs. When water becomes scarce, the ability to grow food, care for livestock, and support local provision systems is directly impacted.
