The Network provides the platform and structure for members to connect and exchange, including agreements, credit transfers, completion confirmations, and reviews. Members are responsible for their own participation, decisions, agreements, and exchanges with one another.
A Shared Contribution of $5 or 3 credits per participating member helps support the ongoing operation and sustainability of the Network. It is separate from the credits members agree to exchange with one another.

Haven for Healing Exchange Network provides structure and guidance to support consistency, flexibility, fairness, and transparency. Services may use credit-tier guidance to help members consider factors such as skill, training, experience, complexity, and responsibility; however, these guidelines are not fixed determining factors, and members ultimately determine their exchange value. Goods and resources are not assigned to tiers.
Additional guidance and resources are available throughout the Network to help members understand their options, make informed decisions, and participate with greater clarity and confidence.

Members connect through our platform, exchange services like tutoring, gardening, and daily tasks, which may be offered in person, by phone or through a variety of remote and digital formats. Earn credits for what you contribute to others. If someone finds it helpful or need it. All exchanges must be legal.
The community wellness, inc. allow individuals, organizations, businesses or groups to offer classes, workshops and trainings through credit or hybrid options. This allows members to share skills and knowledge across the community while making learning, healing or wellness more accessible to all.
Businesses can participate by offering services, goods, resources, discounts, or other opportunities through credit or hybrid options. Participation can create another way to reach members while allowing businesses to use earned credits for services and resources they may need, or as employee benefits.

Every generation has something valuable to contribute. Younger members can share their energy, creativity, and developing skills; working adults can contribute their knowledge, experience, and abilities; and older or retired members can share a lifetime of skills, wisdom, and experience.
By bringing generations together, the Network creates opportunities for people to learn from one another, stay connected, contribute in meaningful ways, and access support throughout different stages of life.
Haven for Healing Exchange Network, its founder, affiliates, staff, and representatives provide a structured platform for connection, coordination, and the exchange of credits, but do not control or oversee the actions, decisions, or conduct of individual members. All exchanges are entered into voluntarily between members, who are solely responsible for their own behavior, agreements, and the outcomes of those interactions.
By participating in any network program, members acknowledge and agree that Haven for Healing Exchange Network and all associated parties are not liable for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from member interactions or exchanges. Members agree to hold the network, its founder, affiliates, and representatives harmless, and to indemnify and protect them from any legal responsibility related to participation in the network.
