Steps to Join "Haven" for
STEP 1 — Create Your Account
Select Join and register as an Individual Member using your information and email address.
STEP 2 — Verify Your Email
Check your email and follow the verification link. Remember, verifying your email does not activate your membership.
STEP 3 — Review & Accept the Network Agreements
Review and accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Member Responsibility & Community Guidelines as part of your registration.
STEP 4 — Complete Identity Verification & Activate Your Account
Go to your Overview page and scroll down until you see Identity Verification. Follow the secure verification steps to verify your identity. Completing identity verification is what activates your account.
Step 4A — Add Your Business
Once your Individual Member account is active, business owners or authorized representatives can add their business. The business receives its own profile and separate QR code for Business Collaboration exchanges.
STEP 5 — Complete Your Member Profile
Once activated, complete your profile and add information that helps other members learn more about you and what you may want to offer or exchange.
STEP 6 — Find Your Starting Credits
Go to My Account to see your available credits. During the Soft App Launch, Founding Individual Members receive 5 starting credits. After the Soft App Launch, new Individual Members will receive 3 starting credits.
STEP 7 — Explore the Network
Browse services, resources, goods, and other opportunities available through the Exchange Network. You can search for what you need and explore what other members are offering. Use your location to narrow down what is available near you.
STEP 8 — Create an Offer & Start Exchanging
Create your own offers for services, skills, goods, or resources you would like to share.
Connect with other members, make agreements, complete exchanges, and begin building your Exchange Network community.
Interested in becoming a Community Network Coordinator (CNC)?
First join the Exchange Network as an Individual Member and activate your account. Once you are an active member, you can apply to become a Community Network Coordinator and help establish and grow the Exchange Network in your community.
