Community Network Coordinator

The role of a Community Network Coordinator ("CNC") is vital to the growth and integrity of the Exchange Network. Coordinators serve as ambassadors of the mission, engaging in community outreach, building meaningful connections, and inviting individuals to participate and contribute. This work requires strong organization, clear and compassionate communication, consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the network’s purpose and structure.

As a visible representative in the community, the Coordinator helps cultivate trust, alignment, and shared understanding of the network’s values. Their presence directly reflects the mission and spirit of the Exchange Network, making it important that this role is approached with care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to fostering connection, participation, and community-centered growth.
