Members choose a tier that best reflects what they’re offering, so whether it’s a basic task or a highly specialized service, it’s honored appropriately within a structured system.

The hybrid option within higher tiers allows for a combination of credits and discounted cash, acknowledging the real- world investment behind advanced skills and professional services. For example, someone who learned to fix cars through hands-on experience with family might offer services in a lower credit tier, while a licensed, certified mechanic may operate in a higher credit tier with hybrid options. In the Network both are valued they are just recognized differently, so everyone can participate, contribute, and benefit in a way that reflects what they bring to the network.
