Why Slow Growth Isn't A Bad Thing

Growth Takes Time
The Haven for Healing Exchange Network is growing slowly, but steadily.
What's interesting is that most people who take the time to learn about the network think it's a great idea. They see the value of connecting people to resources, building community, and creating opportunities that aren't limited by money alone. Yet many people haven't signed up yet, and that's okay.
New ideas often take time. Most of us want to understand something, watch it develop, and see how it works before jumping in. That's a natural response, especially when a concept is different from what we've been taught to expect.
One of the biggest misconceptions is that joining means making a major commitment. It doesn't.
Participation in the Exchange Network is completely voluntary. Members decide how involved they want to be. You can participate a lot, a little, or simply explore what is available.
Right now, the network is getting out there through word of mouth. No major marketing campaign has happened. Instead, people are sharing the idea with friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers- one conversation at a time.
Every community movement starts somewhere. We're grateful for those who are listening, learning, sharing, and helping lay the foundation for what this network can become.
Growth doesn't happen overnight. It happens one person, one connection, and one act of participation at a time.
