Recently, a family member asked me, “Aren’t you asking people for too much by requiring identity verification?”
It made me think about how often we already verify our identity. We provide personal information online when we open accounts, make purchases, apply for services, travel, use financial platforms, and complete many other everyday transactions.
So why require it in the Haven for Healing Exchange Network?

We’re creating a community where people may exchange services, products or resources and even welcome others into their homes or businesses. Members deserve some reassurance that the person they’re connecting with is actually who they say they are.
Identity verification is simply one of the safeguards we use to help build trust, transparency, and accountability within the network.
We aren't just signing up for another app. We're creating something together. We're all creating a community of support and reciprocation that can grow around us wherever the network expands.
