The Network has a clear dispute resolution process:

  1. Members are encouraged to communicate directly, when appropriate with the member

  2. Unresolved matters may be reviewed by Network Administration or a Board-designated committee

  3. If needed, a Network Facilitator can support resolution

  4. The member filing the dispute will contribute 3 credits to the network credit pool

  5. Decisions made by the Network Facilitator/Administrator is final

This process is designed to be fair, respectful, community-centered and honoring self-determination.
