At Haven for Healing Exchange Network, we utilize a highly structured credit tier system across all programs to ensure that every contribution is recognized with fairness, clarity, and integrity. This structure allows us to honor not only the time given, but also the effort, training, experience, resources, and preparation required for individuals to offer their skills, goods, or services within the network. By acknowledging the full scope of what it takes to contribute, the credit tier system helps create a balanced and respectful exchange where members feel seen, valued, and fairly supported.

While the network is rooted in the idea of shared abundance, we also recognize that structure is something people are familiar with and rely on in everyday systems. The use of a clearly defined credit tier framework provides consistency and transparency, making it easier for members to understand expectations, navigate exchanges, and engage with confidence. Each program is thoughtfully designed with its own structured credit tiers to reflect the unique nature of the services or resources being exchanged, ensuring alignment between value, contribution, and exchange.

In addition to the credit structure, when applicable the program is supported by forms, screening tools, agreements, and operational guidelines that outline how exchanges take place. These elements are not meant to control participation, but to provide clarity, safety, and accountability for all members involved. At the same time, the network is built on the principle of sovereignty and personal choice- members always retain the freedom to decide how they participate, what they offer, and what they accept. The network’s role is to provide the platform, the credit exchange system, and the structured framework, allowing members to engage in a way that feels aligned, respectful, and mutually beneficial.

Participation in any program within Haven for Healing Exchange Network is voluntary entirely voluntary. Members choose to engage at their own discretion and are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. The Network provides the platform, structured credit exchange system, and program guidelines to support participation; however, all exchanges occur directly between members, who are expected to use their own judgment and assume full responsibility for their involvement.
