Haven for Healing Exchange Network is a nonprofit community exchange network designed to help people share skills, services, goods, resources, and opportunities using Exchange Credits, creating another way to access what we need without always relying mostly on money.
An App Designed to Feel Familiar
The Exchange Network combines familiar features from systems and apps many of us already use.
Members can browse available services and resources, create listings, make requests, communicate with one another, complete exchanges, leave reviews, and view their credit activity and exchange history from their account.
The easiest way to learn is simply to explore the app. Browse the different sections, open listings, look through your account, and see what is available. As you use it, the process will become increasingly familiar.
Participating businesses can also offer a convenient Tap & Go experience, making it easier to use Exchange Credits during eligible in-person business exchanges.
Join in 4 Simple Steps
1. JOIN
Create your account and verify your email.
2. COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
Sign in and complete the required information on your Overview page.
3. VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
Scroll down on the Overview page and complete secure Identity Verification. Email verification alone does not activate membership.
4. GET STARTED
Once identity is verified your account is activated, view your Exchange Credits, explore the network, create listings, and begin connecting and exchanging with other members.
We Are Currently in Soft App Launch
The Exchange Network is LIVE and available to use, but the app is new. Soft App Launch gives us time to identify and correct bugs or glitches that may appear as members begin using the system in real-world exchanges.
If something isn't working correctly, please use Report a Problem at the bottom of the app or website. Member feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone.
The Network Grows When We Share It
The Haven Exchange Network is designed to grow community by community.
When members share the Network with friends, family, businesses, and communities outside their local area, including other states and, as the Network expands, other countries, the number of people, skills, services, resources, and opportunities available through the Network can grow too. That creates an exciting possibility: your community doesn't have to end where you live.
As the Network expands, members who travel may be able to search for participating members, services, resources, and businesses in other communities by using geolocation. That creates more ways to meet needs, share what we have, help one another, and access resources without having to rely only on money, but relying on one another.
The more communities that participate, the more useful the Network can become for everyone.
